they’re a lot thinner than i thought they would be. i havent even used them because i think it would be difficult to pick the floppy cutting board up once veggies are chopped on them. Not saying don’t get them (because they’re cheap), but definately have a hard cutting board as a backup because a hard board will be easier to pick up and roll veggies in the pan once things are chopped on them.

I bought these to use with my crafts, which require a razor. These cutting boards don’t take long to ruin. I almost went through to my diningroom table on one. Don’t use for crafts!

Ordered these on a whim. They are great. Don’t curl up and are pretty strong. Very happy with them.

This product is everything it promises. I have been doing a lot more chopping [mostly veggies for salad] since getting these boards. I also know they’ll last me a long while because I only need one, so whenever that one becomes inadequate, I’ll start on the next one. It’s also real easy to clean and store.

A couple years ago I bought from Amazon a set of flexible cutting mats like this, but they were larger (~11×14, methinks) and had a slightly gummy print on the back that helped it stay put on your countertop while you cut. These mats, unfortunately, are both smaller and have no such gummy print — so they slide around on the counter as you cut. Very, very annoying. I bit the $6 on these but would recommend that you NOT: rather, look elsewhere (outside Amazon, even?? *gasp*) for the larger and non-slip kind!
