lol this so true i live in Cali and i eat a lot of sushi and chinese food and most of the chefs are mexican.
For example my favorite restaurant panda express(i know its no chinese food) all have mexican chiefs and i eat there for lunch everyday.

doesn’t matter the color. there’s a chinese family who makes the best mexican food around the corner from where i live. and there are mexicans who roll the best sushi in a restaurant down another corner. i make the best pb&j and i’m not even american….
