I got out the rose petals I had put in a little box and scattered them over the table. I got out the candles and placed them on the table too. I walked back to the stove and checked on the pasta. It was almost done. I got out the colander and put it in the sink. I drained the pasta and put it back in the saucepan, I added the sauce and then put it back on the heat.)
